These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Next Clean, LLC (“Next Clean,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for residential cleaning services in Orlando, Florida. By booking or using our services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Next Clean provides professional residential cleaning services, including but not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialty services. All services are performed at the discretion of Next Clean based on the agreed-upon scope, schedule, and pricing.

2. Scheduling and Cancellations

Clients must schedule services at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least, 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee of 50% of cleaning cost.

Next Clean reserves the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable payment methods include [list accepted methods].

Late payments will incur a late fee of $20 per week or the maximum allowed by Florida law.

Failure to pay invoices may result in suspension of services, collection actions, or legal proceedings. Client is responsible for all costs associated with debt collection, including attorney fees.

4. Service Satisfaction and Corrections

If Client believes a service issue has occurred, Client must notify Next Clean within 24 hours of service completion.

Next Clean will make reasonable efforts to correct any service issues at no additional cost.

If Client fails to provide Next Clean the opportunity to correct issues, Client forfeits the right to claim dissatisfaction or leave negative reviews related to the uncorrected service.

5. Liability

Next Clean carries insurance for general liability. However, Next Clean is not responsible for: Pre-existing damage or fragile items. Accidental damage to property not reasonably foreseeable. Items lost, stolen, or removed prior to service.

Client agrees to secure valuables and fragile items before service.

Maximum liability for damages caused by Next Clean, whether direct or indirect, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide safe access to the property during scheduled service times.

Ensure pets, hazards, and other obstructions are managed to allow safe cleaning.

Follow all safety instructions provided by Next Clean.

7. Communications & Recordings

All communications, including phone calls, emails, messages, or service notes, may be recorded or documented for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and training purposes.

By using Next Clean services, Client consents to such recording and documentation.

8. Privacy Policy for Customer Data

Next Clean collects customer information including name, address, contact details, payment information, and service history.

This information is used solely for providing services, billing, and improving customer experience.

Next Clean will not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties, except as required by law.

9. Reviews and Public Statements

Clients are encouraged to provide honest feedback.

However, if Client fails to allow Next Clean the opportunity to address service concerns, Client acknowledges they have no right to post negative reviews related to the uncorrected service.

10. Cancellation by Next Clean

Next Clean reserves the right to cancel services due to unsafe conditions, repeated late payments, or breach of these Terms. Refunds for prepaid services will be issued at the discretion of Next Clean.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Modifications

Next Clean reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
